Your Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Striveworks, you will immediately be an integral part of our team, contributing to customer-driven projects and the development of our core products. You will play a critical role in projects that utilize Chariot, our proprietary AIOps platform, and you will actively shape the future capabilities of this platform. Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps professionals, you will convert machine learning models into operational capabilities that deliver value.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and clarify requirements that address customer challenges while utilizing our AI operations platform.
- Developing machine learning models and custom analytics applicable to various data types including image, video, text, geospatial, time series, and structured data.
- Orchestrating and automating intricate data engineering and analytical pipelines.
- Envisioning, specifying, and occasionally designing and implementing key product functionalities.
- Engaging in mission-critical fieldwork opportunities.
This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, or you can opt for a hybrid approach by working on-site at our office in Austin.
