Role Overview: Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator at Striveworks manages complex interview processes and helps create a positive experience for candidates. Working closely with recruiting and people operations teams, this role supports the company’s growth and hiring goals.
This position suits someone who enjoys a busy environment and values taking ownership of their work. Providing a thoughtful, personalized experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders is central to the role, even as the team grows.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate high-volume interview schedules, from initial phone screens to on-site interviews, across multiple time zones.
- Communicate with candidates by email and phone, providing clear updates and ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), updating candidate stages, scorecards, and feedback to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Location and Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based at Striveworks’ northwest Austin, Texas office.
