Team Mission

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Performance Management to join our Care Department. Reporting to the Global Director of Care, you will play a vital role in shaping our operational performance strategy, driving excellence, and nurturing a high-performance culture within the team. This position will enable you to enact meaningful changes across the Care ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in analytics and workforce management will guide complex projects, manage escalated processes, and influence the strategic direction of the department.

Your Mission

  • Strategic Leadership: Pioneer innovation by implementing new solutions and technologies that enhance the Care experience and operational efficiency, including automation and AI.
  • Performance Management: Establish department KPIs, targets, and milestones while contributing to the broader GetYourGuide KPI target setting and achievement.
  • Empowerment: Equip the Care department with the necessary operational analytics tools and insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate high-performing teams in Workforce Management and Operations Analytics, encouraging team members through challenging goals and growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate across GetYourGuide departments, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Data Platforms, and Data Analytics, to influence broader strategies and foster teamwork to achieve crucial objectives.
  • Cultural Leadership: Exemplify our Guiding Principles by promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.
