Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job requisition to successful placement.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to discover and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Evaluate candidates through screening and interviews to assess their technical expertise, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp the specific technical requirements for each position, including needed skills, experience, and team dynamics.
- Offer expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and a positive recruitment experience.
- Candidate Experience:
- Guarantee a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, helping to maintain a robust talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Handle the offer negotiation process to achieve favorable outcomes for both candidates and clients.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of various technical roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to better evaluate candidate skills and relevance in the market.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to enhance recruitment processes continually.
- Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders on recruitment performance.
