Join EFIHR as a Senior Offering and Pricing Lead, where you'll spearhead the development of competitive commercial offerings and pricing strategies for our SaaS supply chain planning products and consulting services. Your role is pivotal in shaping our product offerings, establishing pricing models tailored to diverse industries, and ensuring their effective implementation.

In this dynamic position, you will work strategically and operationally, collaborating closely with our Commercial, Legal, Business Administration, and Account Management teams on intricate B2B deals worldwide. You will oversee the adherence to EFIHR's pricing policies, guaranteeing consistency, contractual alignment, and commercial excellence throughout the customer lifecycle, from the initial offer to contract renewals.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and refining EFIHR’s commercial offering structure, including SaaS products, services, and future solutions, along with associated pricing policies and collateral.
  • Creating pricing models for new products and features, ensuring alignment with overall commercial and market strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining standardized offer templates and commercial materials to facilitate efficient proposal development.
  • Building pricing and costing scenarios for deals based on size, industry, and complexity to aid informed commercial decisions.
  • Serving as a hands-on deal desk expert, providing timely and accurate pricing guidance and commercial insights during sales negotiations.
  • Reviewing complex proposals to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, company strategies, and contractual frameworks.
  • Ensuring deal quality and pricing consistency by acting as a gatekeeper and monitoring adherence to commercial standards.
  • Tracking pricing and costing KPIs, reporting insights to the commercial leadership team, supporting renewals with account teams, and collaborating across functions to enhance pricing, contracting, and billing processes.
