Your Expedition: Product Design at Polarsteps

At Polarsteps, every member, from the CEO to support specialists, developers, and product managers, prioritizes design. It’s woven into our culture and influences every conversation. As a Product Designer, you will have the platform to unleash your creativity and refine your designs to excellence.
Our close-knit team consists of fellow design aficionados who can delve into the intricacies of design elements, corner radii, shadows, colors, for hours. Your Itinerary
A glimpse into an ordinary day in your journey at Polarsteps.
Lead the design for our “Focus-Projects” team, addressing technically intricate and creative initiatives, crafting new features from concept to implementation across the entire app.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept development and prototyping to iterations based on design reviews, user testing, and feedback.
Uphold and refine existing design and branding guidelines while creating new standards to elevate Polarsteps' design quality.
Take ownership of your product pillar, fostering close collaboration with other teams. Actively seek and share feedback to ensure our product remains seamless, cohesive, and outstanding.
Engage with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the designs are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities.
