The Senior Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of a commercial, industrial, and/or retail property or portfolio. This role involves coordinating marketing efforts, operational activities, and financial management to align with both client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address tenant concerns promptly, ensuring that both administrative and technical teams provide effective resolutions. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while coordinating tenant transitions and maintaining properties in a 'tour-ready' state.
  • Lead daily and strategic team activities, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and facilitating cross-training. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee vendor payments and accounting procedures according to the management agreement and company policies.
  • Deliver accurate monthly reports and prepare annual operating and capital budgets. Submit necessary tenant charges to clients.
  • Maintain oversight of contractual obligations that influence financial performance, reporting on any relevant expirations or restrictions.
  • Manage lease administration processes, ensuring thorough review and approval of lease agreements.
  • Design and implement a tenant care program focused on enhancing tenant retention.
  • Direct procurement activities and provide comprehensive analysis to clients, ensuring vendor compliance and service quality.
