About the Role
The Senior Property Manager plays a pivotal role in providing both strategic direction and hands-on leadership for a regional portfolio of shallow bay, multi-tenant industrial properties. This individual will ensure the seamless day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional tenant service, and produce timely financial and operational reports. The role also involves mentoring Property Managers and support staff while remaining actively engaged in key property management functions, particularly during transitions, vacancies, or portfolio expansion.
As a critical member of our team, you will drive operational excellence, support disciplined acquisition strategies, and enhance the long-term value of Speed Bay’s national portfolio through proactive management and technology-driven practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-tenant industrial properties, establishing high performance standards for operations, tenant service, and financial results.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and coordinators, offering guidance, performance evaluations, and training.
- Actively perform full-cycle property management tasks, including tenant communications, vendor coordination, budgeting, reporting, inspections, and collections, during staff vacancies, transitions, or as the portfolio grows.
