SENIOR SECURITY SOFTWARE ENGINEER, APPLIED COMPUTING (STARSHIELD)
Starshield utilizes SpaceX’s groundbreaking Starlink technology and launch capabilities to bolster national security initiatives. While Starlink serves consumer and commercial markets, Starshield is tailored for government applications, focusing on earth observation, communications, and hosted payloads. Our team is dedicated to constructing highly reliable in-space mesh networks, designing secure systems for guaranteed access to space, and developing next-generation communication and sensing software.
As a Senior Security Software Engineer, you will harness artificial intelligence to automate security processes and facilitate secure AI integration into new and existing systems. If you are passionate about AI, security, and the innovative fusion of both, this position is designed for you.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Software engineering
- Agent engineering and security
- Understanding of LLM attack surfaces
- Network and operating system security
- Incident response and adversary detection
