Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the calm and knowledgeable advisor clients rely on during crises.
- Address issues related to Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, Exchange, and Windows Server, often proactively identifying concerns.
- Support hybrid cloud environments like Azure, VMware, and Citrix with expertise that inspires junior technicians.
- Troubleshoot a variety of unique and complex problems across desktops, servers, networks, and backup systems.
- Engage in project deployments with professionalism and minimal supervision.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they request you by name.
- Work alongside senior engineers and solutions experts to maintain secure and efficient environments.
