Qualifications:Education:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience:Over 5 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or as a security engineer for an enterprise cloud platform. Prior experience in supporting enterprise customers within a startup environment. Familiarity with role-based access control and least privilege access practices. Comprehensive knowledge of fundamental information security concepts. Strong understanding of Identity Providers, particularly Okta and Azure. Proficient in RESTful APIs with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to cloud services. In-depth knowledge of identity and access management practices. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while being a collaborative team player.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take comprehensive ownership of customer issues, providing both technical and non-technical support from initial troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Facilitate the escalation of product defects to the engineering team, ensuring they are prioritized appropriately.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, representing their needs to product and engineering teams.
  • Develop and disseminate knowledge both internally and externally through various channels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Veza's product offerings.
  • Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and R&D to achieve favorable customer outcomes.
