About the Role:

As an SMB Outbound Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our largest revenue stream. Our SMB segment constitutes the majority of our customer base, and therefore, we are seeking sales professionals who are competitive, driven, and exceptional communicators. You should be eager to refine your skills, coachable, and relentless in pursuing your sales targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage in high-volume cold calling, prospecting new business, and making outbound sales calls. This is a full-cycle sales role with an expectation of a high volume of outbound calls and a smaller number of qualified prospects responding.
  • Demonstrate Motive software to potential fleet managers and drivers.
  • Conduct surveys to understand prospects' business pain points, aligning those needs with Motive's solutions.
  • Educate fleet managers and drivers about Motive’s offerings, ensuring they understand their requirements and how to get started with our solutions.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Strategically plan to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, utilizing feedback to drive business improvements.
