The Role
As a Software Engineer at OnePay, you will be instrumental in creating the products and systems that support our customers and drive our company forward. Your role will involve transforming product concepts into functional, high-quality applications and features. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver powerful solutions that improve our customers' financial well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing new features, APIs, and products.
Collaborating with engineers to deploy code; we value teamwork and tackling challenging issues together.
Architecting and designing scalable and reliable products.
Creating and maintaining documentation; as a remote organization, having comprehensive documentation is crucial for our success.
Addressing complex problems that arise at scale; we handle real-world money movement and sensitive financial data, pioneering financial mechanics with no established precedent.
Your Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product-facing backend development.
A proven track record of delivering impactful features and products.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
