Responsibilities Engage with customers to grasp their business challenges, technical landscapes, and specific requirements. Design and present customized AcuityMD solutions that address customer needs while showcasing the value of our products and services. Collaborate with the Sales team to formulate account strategies and propel the sales process. Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations to illustrate the value of AcuityMD solutions. Address technical inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs by providing functional and technical solutions. Convey customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights to the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive product innovation and enhancements. Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to elevate brand awareness and showcase AcuityMD's capabilities. Contribute as a team player by sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues.

Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will discern customer needs and deliver impactful demonstrations of AcuityMD's offerings. Adopting a consultative approach, you will assess both business and technical requirements, advising on effective strategies for the implementation of AcuityMD solutions.
