About the Role
We are looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to collaborate with our clients, helping them extract real business value from our models via ChatGPT and the OpenAI API. In this role, you will engage with senior business leaders to assess their pre-sales needs, shape their AI strategies, and pinpoint the most impactful use cases and applications. You will partner with both business and technical teams to showcase our solutions’ value and propose effective architectural frameworks to initiate their development.
This position is available in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore, operating under a hybrid work model with three office days per week. We also offer relocation assistance to new hires.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide an outstanding pre-sales customer experience.
Offer technical insights throughout the pre-sales journey, highlighting our value proposition, clarifying technical needs, and resolving product inquiries.
Illustrate how the ChatGPT business product can address customer challenges and deliver value through demos, use case scoping, and proofs of concept.
Act as the primary contact for security and compliance inquiries, guiding customers to relevant resources and escalating complex issues as needed.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, guides, and FAQs based on common queries identified during the pre-sales process.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers throughout their evaluation and purchasing journey.
Advocate for customers internally, gathering feedback and identifying trends to inform our product development.
Collaborate closely with Sales and GRC teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales experience.
