Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Workshop Manager to determine all parts requirements. Ensure timely communication with the Store Keeper for prompt parts issuance. Deliver necessary parts to work locations or Team Leaders. Work with the Store Keeper and Team Leaders to address any discrepancies. Perform additional tasks as assigned related to the business operations. Excellent communication skills. Minimum of three years of experience in purchasing. Strong knowledge of spare parts and automotive shops. Maintain up-to-date records of purchased items, deliveries, and invoices. Prepare purchase reports, including cost analyses. Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar capacity.
