Role Overview
As a member of the Commerce Strategy & Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding business decisions related to post-purchase operations, including user experience, Trust & Risk, and fraud management. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the strategic vision for post-purchase operations, closely collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to create scalable, high-quality user experiences.
Converting insights from operational data and user interactions into actionable priorities, roadmaps, and initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, speed, and scalability.
Leading intricate, cross-functional projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable success.
Designing and instituting scalable processes, systems, and operational models that adapt to Whatnot’s growth and the evolving needs of our users.
Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Regularly evaluating operational performance and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency, resilience, and user satisfaction.
