As the Studio Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your studio, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and that your team is motivated, engaged, and inspired. You will manage a diverse team of 10-20+ staff members, striking a balance between operational efficiency, financial success, and a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Daily Operations: Guarantee the studio runs smoothly by effectively managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, and patient flow.
  • Champion Patient Experience: Collaborate closely with providers and staff to meet or exceed NPS and revenue targets while addressing patient concerns with empathy.
  • Drive Performance: Track KPIs, provide real-time coaching to your team, and implement adjustments to achieve studio objectives.
  • Develop Your Team: Oversee onboarding, training, and regular evaluations to foster alignment, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Promote Culture: Exemplify Tend’s core values and cultivate a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork within the studio.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with the People, Clinical, and Operations teams to recruit, retain, and nurture a high-performing studio staff.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality: Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Optimize Scheduling: Manage staff schedules to align patient access with operational efficiency while meeting performance goals.
