Your Role as a Support Consultant

Woolpert’s Digital Delivery Team is on the lookout for a Support Consultant. You can choose to work from our offices located in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, or Adelaide in this hybrid role.

In this position, reporting to the Project & Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in resolving technical support cases submitted through our geospatial help desk.

As a Support Consultant at Woolpert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients, confidently resolving first and second level software support requests.
  • Managing customer inquiries via phone and email through our Helpdesk system, collaborating with internal teams to triage and resolve technical issues.
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues across our geospatial platforms, including VertiGIS Geocortex and Esri ArcGIS.
  • Providing regular reports on support KPIs.
