Requirements:A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering, data validation, or development projects. Must possess an active US government top secret clearance to qualify. No exceptions. Proficient in collaborating with customers and business owners to gather and refine functional data, performance, system, and security requirements. Familiarity with business intelligence systems, ETL development, and relational database concepts, adhering to industry best practices. Experience in delivering demonstrations and briefings to showcase incremental progress. Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical topics to various management levels. Able to document and guide the execution of unit test plans, test data, and test results.

This role involves converting business needs into technological specifications, ensuring that systems or products fulfill user and stakeholder expectations. In addition, candidates will support functional testing to validate that system features operate as intended based on established specifications. The primary aim of functional testing is to confirm that the software executes its designated functions effectively. Daily responsibilities include collaborating within a scrum agile team to enhance user engagement, gather requirements, document processes, and test team deliverables in alignment with client expectations.
