Requirements:Currently residing in Thailand with a strong understanding of the Thai and Southeast Asian talent landscapes. Fluent in both Thai and English (written and verbal).2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech roles (in-house tech experience is highly preferred). Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently. Comfortable engaging with technical talent, possessing a solid grasp of hiring nuances in startup or fast-paced environments. Practical experience with Workable or a similar ATS, coupled with a genuine interest in using data and trends to enhance recruitment efficiency. Exceptional organizational skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Join our dynamic People Team at cube-asia as a Talent Acquisition Analyst! This is an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our recruitment strategies from the ground up.

In this position, you will not just fill vacancies; you will help cultivate our hiring culture, serve as a brand ambassador, and act as a strategic partner to the business. You will be instrumental in enhancing the entire recruitment lifecycle, working in close collaboration with our Head of People to establish and document scalable hiring processes, standardize workflows, and create a structured, data-driven recruitment function that improves the candidate experience and supports our growth across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

  • Lead the full recruitment process for various technical and business roles simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles, establish clear success criteria, and uphold high hiring standards for our expanding team.
  • Create and document structured hiring processes, including screening frameworks, structured interviews, scorecards, feedback loops, and clear evaluation standards.
  • Build a diverse and strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, passive engagement, referrals, networking, industry events, and innovative approaches.
  • Understand the talent landscape across Thailand and Southeast Asia, utilizing the most effective local hiring channels.
  • Enhance employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to attract top talent and boost our visibility across the region.
  • Act as a Cube Ambassador for candidate experience, ensuring an inclusive and high-touch journey that converts every applicant into brand advocates.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on recruitment KPIs to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and overall hiring outcomes.
  • Continuously refine recruitment tools, processes, and tracking systems to promote scalability and operational excellence.
