ROLE OVERVIEW
We seek a seasoned Talent Operations Manager to lead and expand large, process-driven talent teams in a dynamic, high-output environment. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and is responsible for managing a substantial team of talent professionals, driving recruitment delivery with a focus on production, and ensuring consistent performance through well-defined processes and clear priorities.
The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a mentoring mindset, believing that individuals are the cornerstone of sustainable success. You should be approachable, growth-oriented, and adept at fostering a collaborative, team-first culture while maintaining a clear focus on productivity and results.
