ROLE OVERVIEW
We seek a seasoned Talent Operations Manager to lead and expand large, process-driven talent teams in a dynamic, high-output environment. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and is responsible for managing a substantial team of talent professionals, driving recruitment delivery with a focus on production, and ensuring consistent performance through well-defined processes and clear priorities.
The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a mentoring mindset, believing that individuals are the cornerstone of sustainable success. You should be approachable, growth-oriented, and adept at fostering a collaborative, team-first culture while maintaining a clear focus on productivity and results. This position requires effective collaboration across global stakeholders, partnering with leaders in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and People Success, while navigating organizational dynamics with maturity and focus.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, manage, and develop a large talent team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Drive a process-oriented, production-focused recruitment model, emphasizing output, efficiency, and quality of delivery.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize recruitment workflows, ensuring consistent execution and measurable results at scale.
- Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth, skill development, and long-term success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Act as a strong people leader who balances a culture of production with a commitment to team development.
