Required Qualifications: Education: A degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Up to 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is considered equivalent to an Associate degree. Experience: Must possess a full security clearance with FS Poly, relevant experience with SIGINT and AMOD, and fluency in stored communications and passive resources. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to develop assigned target sets and recognize indicators of compromise for ongoing development, alongside a solid understanding of packet analysis.

As a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), your role will involve:

  • Performing sophisticated analysis of collection and open-source data to derive actionable insights and leads.
  • Ensuring target continuity by profiling targets and their activities, while developing innovative techniques to gather additional information.
  • Maintaining essential databases for effective targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection efforts or initiate new collection strategies to bridge those gaps.
  • Utilizing various analytical disciplines, including pattern recognition related to targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
  • Applying your expertise and understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) needs and missions.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of government, military, and contractor personnel to establish a shared understanding of intelligence requirements and mission relevance.
  • Harnessing your natural curiosity and analytical skills to form hypotheses, evaluate data, and extract insights that can be communicated effectively with stakeholders.
  • Documenting and sharing your findings, including any new tradecraft developed, with team members, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
  • This position requires shift work, with schedules necessitating arrival between 0445 and 0500 for day shifts and 1645 and 1700 for night shifts to ensure effective handovers between teams.
