OUR HIRING PROCESS:
- We meticulously evaluate your application based on our job specifications. Unlike many, we do not use machine learning technologies at this stage, as we value the unique qualities of each individual. Our experienced recruiting professionals ensure that every application receives the attention it deserves.
- If selected, you may be invited to complete a video interview for review by our hiring manager. This is typically followed by a task or short project to assess your fit within our team.
- Next, you will be invited to a live interview with our hiring manager and/or our interview panel. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text or messaging apps and require all candidates to meet us face-to-face (or virtually via Zoom). You'll have the opportunity to engage with our INFUSE team in a live setting.
- Following the interview process, if both parties are aligned, we will discuss your potential offer. We prioritize live conversations and do not extend offers without a direct discussion.
