Join Progressoft as a Technical Project Manager, where you will spearhead a diverse range of IT projects. Reporting to the Project Management Office, you will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, and project teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project deliverables that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the project team.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects, resources, and budgets from conception through to post-production support.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, facilitating project implementation and providing ongoing support.
- Document requirements using standard templates and tools.
- Translate high-level business needs into structured requirements, use cases, user stories, business rules, and functional/non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity for developers and testers.
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification processes, guaranteeing that all requirements are complete, consistent, and verifiable.
- Engage in requirements prioritization and perform solution risk analysis.
- Oversee user acceptance testing, including drafting UAT test plans and ensuring test data availability.
- Participate in quality assurance processes and testing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with developers and end-users to ensure application functionality aligns with client needs, addressing issues and coordinating enhancements as necessary.
- Work with developers and subject matter experts to define the technical vision and balance usability against performance requirements.
