About the Job:
We are on the lookout for a Security Systems Engineer with profound knowledge in SAIS/HCIS and RCU RIMA-compliant physical security systems. Located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the ideal candidate will engage in a variety of security engineering tasks across significant infrastructure projects, which include the design, documentation, construction supervision, and commissioning of integrated security and telecommunications systems. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, client interaction, and collaboration across multiple sectors such as Oil & Gas, heritage sites, transportation, and critical infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
As a Security Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading the design, documentation, and implementation of integrated physical and electronic security systems that align with SAIS/HCIS and RCU RIMA standards. You will oversee engineering solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization through to commissioning, while providing technical leadership and fostering collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating Concept, Preliminary, and Detailed Designs along with supporting drawings, documentation, and system specifications.
- Supervising construction and commissioning of systems such as CCTV, IDAS, PIDS, SACS, ALPR, UVIS, VSS, VMS, PSIM, and related infrastructure.
- Addressing client technical queries and clarifying design intent, integration requirements, and compliance standards.
- Drafting scopes of work, assisting in tender processes, and evaluating technical and financial proposals from third-party contractors.
- Utilizing AutoCAD and/or MicroStation for producing or reviewing detailed engineering drawings.
- Coordinating technical aspects with various stakeholders.
