Qualifications

Technical proficiency with software and hardware troubleshooting.

Join our dynamic Asia Pacific Technical Support team at ION Markets, where we deliver top-notch technical assistance to our equities and derivatives clientele. As a pivotal member of ION Markets' global support network, you will engage in comprehensive technical investigations, ensuring effective communication with customers while identifying and reporting software defects to our Development teams. Your expertise will also be crucial in leading service restoration efforts during software or hardware incidents, overseeing capacity planning, and conducting Business Continuity testing for our Hosted environment.
