Your Role
As a Tenderdesk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in professionalizing our tender activities. You will establish and manage an effective tender desk, ensuring that procurement and proposal processes are structured, high-quality, and successful.
You'll oversee the entire tender process, from opportunity identification and strategy formulation to submission and evaluation. Collaborating closely with colleagues from sales, product, legal, and other internal experts, your approach will ensure that tender processes run efficiently and that we submit strong, distinctive proposals to public and legal organizations.
What Will You Do?
Establish a professional tender desk and develop processes, templates, governance, and KPIs for tenders and proposals.
Lead the entire tender process, including opportunity identification, go/no-go decision-making, submission, and evaluation.
Craft clear tender strategies and win plans with a focus on quality, risk, and pricing.
Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams and ensure that subject matter experts effectively contribute to the tender process.
Monitor planning, scope, quality, risks, and deadlines within procurement processes.
Organize kick-offs and work sessions, gathering input from internal stakeholders.
Analyze tender documents and translate them into a compelling and distinctive submission.
Provide reports on tender progress and outcomes.
