Key ResponsibilitiesManage a defined territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis to revenue growth and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Drive new business development and client acquisition. Strengthen relationships with contractors and construction company leaders, educating them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations and profitability. Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure utmost satisfaction with EquipmentShare’s services and keep them informed about our innovative jobsite solutions. Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients. Develop and implement new sales strategies to enhance market presence.

We are seeking a Territory Account Manager for our West Palm Beach, FL rental facility, looking for an individual eager to grow with us and contribute to the future of construction. The Territory Account Manager will focus on expanding our customer base by cultivating robust relationships with contractors and principals of construction companies. Our Core Solutions branches provide a variety of construction equipment rentals, including aerial lifts, earth-moving machinery, material handling equipment, and more.

Compensation: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($24,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
