Role overview

The Territory Manager - London is a frontline role centered on building and growing relationships with restaurant partners throughout the city. This position involves representing Deliveroo in the field, supporting partners, and shaping the company’s presence in a key market. The role suits those who are ambitious, self-driven, and interested in London’s diverse food scene. Working closely with the Head of Territory Management, fellow Territory Managers, and Account Managers, the position blends business development, operational support, and relationship management. What you will do

  • Boost business performance in London by leading partner marketing, advertising sales, and visibility campaigns. This includes regular in-person visits with restaurant owners and travel within your assigned area.
  • Help restaurant partners improve their operational efficiency on the Deliveroo platform.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with leading restaurants, collaborating with Account Managers and the Business Development Team to onboard new partners.
  • Manage complex support issues for restaurant partners and ensure timely solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to foster loyalty and shared growth.

Location

This position is based at Deliveroo’s River Building HQ in London. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is expected.
