Eram Talent is actively seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Training and Development Specialist to become an integral part of our vibrant team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of designing, executing, and overseeing training initiatives designed to enhance employee competencies and knowledge throughout the organization. As a crucial member of our HR department, you will collaborate with diverse teams to evaluate training requirements, develop customized programs, and cultivate a culture of ongoing learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the organization’s comprehensive training and development framework, policies, and standards.
- Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps using performance data, surveys, and consultations with management.
- Create a long-term training strategy that aligns with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute innovative digital onboarding and learning programs utilizing advanced technology (e.g., Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools).
- Produce and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs, trainers, and content, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the annual training budget while forecasting future learning investments.
- Establish collaborations with external training providers and certification organizations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards on training results and employee skill development.
- Assist managers and supervisors in implementing coaching and learning strategies within their teams.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
