Join our dynamic team as a Training & Development Specialist at Assogroup, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our office employees and marine crew. This position is dedicated to supporting our Training & Development Team by coordinating essential training programs aligned with our strategic goals. Your understanding of the Group's future capability needs will allow you to identify key learning priorities across the organization. Collaborating closely with Directors and Managers, you will create and implement effective training and development pathways for our workforce. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communication skills and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps; analyze trends and recommend training opportunities; collaborate with department managers to determine specific training needs.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update engaging training materials, including presentations and e-learning modules; ensure alignment of training content with business objectives.
- Learning Delivery: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions; deliver dynamic training experiences that utilize various instructional methods; monitor and evaluate participant progress.
- Evaluation: Collect feedback to assess training effectiveness; suggest improvements based on evaluation results; track training metrics and performance indicators.
- Employee Development: Assist in creating individual development plans; work with managers to identify development needs; provide guidance for professional growth.
- Training Administration: Maintain training records; coordinate logistics for training sessions; manage training budgets and vendor relationships.
