Role overview
The US Operations Lead will manage Arta Finance’s operations in the Bay Area, overseeing a small team responsible for the core workflows that shape the client experience. This includes guiding clients from onboarding through trading across multiple asset classes. The position involves monitoring account activities and collaborating with both internal teams, such as Customer Success, Product, Compliance, and Engineering, and external partners like broker-dealers and fund managers. The role reports to the Global Operations Manager based in Singapore.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor the US Operations team, aligning team goals with company objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position within a small, high-impact group.
- Oversee essential operational workflows, including trading in public and private markets, structured products, account reconciliation, onboarding, risk assessment, account management, and money transfers.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Compliance, Customer Success, and Engineering to anticipate needs and refine processes. Responsibilities involve balancing efficiency, implementation complexity, controls, user experience, and regulatory demands.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve operational issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
