The Role
We are in search of a detail-oriented and seasoned Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to manage and enhance logistics, warehouse administration, and asset-related processes.
The responsibilities of this role encompass the implementation and refinement of asset management procedures, evaluation of logistics and warehousing operations, establishment of equipment certification, onboarding of new partners and locations, and management of insurance as well as the sale of outdated assets.
This position is based in Madrid, Spain.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing and optimizing all logistics and warehouse management processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implementing asset management processes to track the complete lifecycle of assets.
- Reviewing and refining logistics/warehousing operations to identify and implement improvements.
- Establishing and managing equipment certification processes that meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Onboarding new partners and locations, ensuring seamless integration into the logistics and asset management systems.
- Overseeing asset insurance, including claims, renewals, and risk mitigation strategies.
