We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to manage and enhance our logistics, warehouse management, and asset-related processes. This role will require you to implement and improve asset management strategies, evaluate logistics and warehouse operations, establish equipment certification protocols, onboard new partners and locations, and oversee insurance and asset disposal processes. This position is based on-site in our Lille office.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and enhance all logistics and warehouse management workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and execute asset management strategies to monitor the complete lifecycle of assets.
- Analyze and optimize logistics and warehousing operations to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Establish and administer equipment certification processes to fulfill operational and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new partners and locations, ensuring seamless integration into our logistics and asset management systems.
- Oversee asset insurance, including claims processing, renewals, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate the sale and disposal of outdated assets in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset management and logistics operations.
- Track and report on key logistics and asset management metrics, providing insights for ongoing improvements.
