Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Web Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in our engineering team. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing project delivery:
This is a hands-on position, requiring you to engage in coding and conduct code reviews with your team.
Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to guide clients through their product development journey, ensuring efficient delivery of projects aligned with best practices.
Leading discussions on technical architecture and design, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Mentoring team members:
Providing technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and the adoption of suitable tools and frameworks.
Engaging in recruitment:
Participating in technical assessments of candidates.
Collaborating with the Head of Engineering:
Offering insights to lead technology comparisons and engineering process improvements, while coordinating activities across engineering domains.
