Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for clients, providing exceptional service from the outset.
- Handle challenging client interactions with a positive and proactive approach.
- Efficiently retrieve information and deliver timely updates or reassurance to clients, while also providing feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain robust communication with internal teams to support client reassurance efforts.
- Facilitate a seamless and efficient experience for clients from beginning to end.
- Document client inquiries, follow up as necessary, and ensure resolution.
- Escalate intricate legal issues to the appropriate conveyancer as needed.
- Assist in optimizing workflow by minimizing direct client interruptions to legal teams.

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
