About the job
Join Our Team at Arch
At Arch, a pioneering Series B financial technology firm, we streamline the management of private investments to enhance accessibility, understanding, and the overall investing experience across various asset classes.
Private investments, including venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, represent approximately 25% of the investment landscape. Traditionally, stakeholders such as investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers rely on cumbersome spreadsheets and disorganized communication to track numerous investments. This process is not only labor-intensive but also prone to errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost data. That's where Arch comes in.
Arch provides standardized data, documents, and insights on a unified platform, eliminating the need to hunt for information across countless portals. Our mission is to save investors time while empowering them to make informed investment decisions, leading to superior financial results.
With a rapidly expanding team of over 200 professionals, we serve more than 400 clients, including some of America's largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We have consistently doubled our company size each year since our inception and are actively hiring across all departments as we continue to scale.
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to spearhead the onboarding process for our single family office (SFO) and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clientele, a vital and high-touch segment of our business. In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, assist in organizing and integrating complex investment data, and ensure they are optimally set up for long-term success on our platform.
This position is highly client-facing, and we are looking for someone who excels at building relationships, earns trust swiftly, and delivers a premium service experience. You must be adept at navigating intricate client needs with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service. Additionally, this role necessitates a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple onboarding workflows, and proactively address challenges without constant supervision.
You will also play a role in providing product feedback and enhancing internal onboarding processes, striking a balance between independent execution and collaborative teamwork.
