DSI Systems Inc., a trusted partner of AT&T, is on the lookout for a dynamic Cresta Platform Manager to spearhead the management, enhancement, and strategic advancement of our Cresta AI platform. This pivotal role is dedicated to amplifying the platform's effectiveness across Sales and Support, optimizing agent performance, bolstering operational efficiency, and enriching the overall customer journey.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Systems Operations, the Platform Manager will be the go-to expert for Cresta, overseeing its configuration, integrations, analytics, and governance. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Training teams to convert business requirements into scalable, AI-powered solutions, ensuring widespread adoption, measurable performance improvements, and sustained platform value.
