Qualifications

Possess a university degree or higher in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline. Experience as an R&D Engineer, Debug Engineer, or Test Engineer is preferred. Ability to interpret schematic diagrams and validate findings using engineering tools. Proficient in computing basic electronic circuits and applying knowledge when necessary. Must have a solid understanding of component failure mechanisms. Fluent in English, both oral and written communication skills are essential. Capable of creating engineering reports in accordance with engineering principles.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to conduct testing and qualification for New Product Development.
  • Coordinate efforts with R&D to troubleshoot and resolve testing and design challenges encountered in products.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and propose corrective actions in the event of design failures.
  • Prepare detailed failure analysis reports to provide constructive feedback to suppliers and R&D for effective resolution.
  • Utilize quality tools to document, track, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Offer engineering support throughout the testing and qualification phases in the factory.
  • Identify root causes of failures and suggest necessary corrective measures.
  • Recommend enhancements to production processes and methods to drive cost reduction and quality improvement in testing and manufacturing.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies for power supply testing.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate theories during failure investigations.
  • Compile comprehensive failure analysis reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the maintenance and calibration of failure analysis laboratory equipment.
  • Develop and implement failure analysis processes and methodologies across various product lines.
