We are currently seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our Italian commercial team. This role focuses on revenue generation and offers significant autonomy and impact. We value a driven sales professional with a proven background in B2B sales and a passion for fostering growth through AI.
Your Responsibilities
We aim to create the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that allows businesses to connect with customers, automate operations, and manage every interaction through a robust, user-friendly interface. This is our vision for 2026.
You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, empowering Italian businesses to unlock the full potential of CM.com’s platform.
In your first year, you will:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, taking ownership of revenue goals and contributing to forecasting accuracy.
Oversee the entire sales process, from outbound prospecting and lead discovery to solution positioning, delivering engaging demos, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving CM.com’s growth, with at least 25% of your pipeline generated through your own outreach and networking.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Italy and globally: Work cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
