You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing maintenance budgets, and overseeing contractor services and inventory of parts.Performing interior and exterior building maintenance and light janitorial duties.Conducting intermediate-level troubleshooting and repairs across various maintenance trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, HVAC & Painting).Coordinating unit turnovers with approved contractors.Managing inventory related to unit turnovers.Addressing resident-generated service requests with timely repairs.Participating in snow event preparation and removal activities.Responding to after-hours emergency maintenance requests as needed.Managing pool water quality if applicable.Engaging in move-in/out inspection processes.Utilizing Ackermann technology and software for documenting maintenance activities.Assisting in the execution of the property’s preventative maintenance plan.Taking on additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
