Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting customer orders, account statuses, and related issues.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report significant data.
- Stay informed about new product launches and ensure the sales team is aligned.
- Collaborate with account managers to create targeted sales strategies.
- Help in developing and monitoring performance metrics.
- Compile and verify company registration and related documents.
- Update internal systems for financing applications.
- Prepare financing agreements and associated documents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
