Role overview The Senior Technical Domain Lead sets the technical vision and architecture for one of Rohlik’s core domains. This position has significant influence across teams and functions but does not involve direct line management. The focus is on technical leadership and decision-making at a high level. What you will do Define and evolve the technical direction for a major product or platform area, from initial concept to execution Act as the primary expert for complex technical challenges and critical design decisions Evaluate architectural trade-offs to ensure systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned with company strategy Guide the integration of AI and agentic practices into development, promoting automation and faster delivery Influence the growth of the platform as Rohlik expands into new markets This role is responsible for upholding high standards in system design and ensuring engineering practices remain current and effective.
