Key Responsibilities
Global Payroll & Benefits Management
Multi-Country Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes for US and international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local pension and social insurance regulations (such as 401K).
KR Payroll Operations: Manage monthly payroll, compensation processes, contributions to four major insurances, and oversee withholding tax reporting and year-end settlements.
Compensation Administration: Administer domestic and international retirement plans (DB/DC) and manage global compensation data.
HR Data and Process Optimization
HRIS Implementation: Enhance HR processes through the implementation and advancement of a global HRIS, ensuring data integrity.
Data Management & Analytics: Preserve domestic and international HR and labor cost data, conducting analysis and reporting.
Global Operational Standards: Establish operational frameworks for onboarding and offboarding processes based on global guidelines.
Global HR Communications and Support
Administrative Compliance: Manage domestic HR administration, including the oversight of professional research personnel and corporate research institute operations (reporting of human resources requirements/changes).
Global Policy Alignment: Support localization of HR policies aligned with global standards and local regulations at the Korean HQ.
Collaboration with Global Branches: Build effective collaboration systems with domestic and international employees and key stakeholders to address HR issues.
Employee Services: Provide comprehensive support for employee inquiries and issuance of various certificates.
