About the Role
The Network Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting Carvana's field operations. As the Network Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Network Operations Specialists, focusing on optimizing daily schedules, enhancing operational efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving operational disruptions, and ensuring a stellar customer experience. Your leadership will drive both individual growth and team success.
