We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service and Dispatch Assistant to join our dynamic team at our warehouse and office located in Waltham Abbey. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and have experience in dispatch operations.
As a versatile member of our team, you will be responsible for multitasking, addressing customer inquiries, and accurately processing bulk orders. This position promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating regular performance reports
- Picking and preparing large orders in accordance with customer specifications
- Processing customer orders and confirming delivery schedules and stock availability
- Handling customer calls professionally
- Managing outgoing post for trade-in customers
- Coordinating postal services and collections with Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work effectively within a small team and independently as required.
- Experience in coordinating with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, totaling 40 hours per week.
The salary for this role will be commensurate with experience, starting between £8.50 to £9.50 per hour.
