YOUR JOURNEY AWAITS
Located in Redditch, this is a 12-month international training initiative within a global organization.
- Dive deep into the life cycle of controls software, from initial concept through project execution to customer support.
- Participate in training events across Asia, America, and Europe alongside fellow program members.
- Enhance your practical skills in embedded programming, cyber-physical systems, and integrated automation.
- Engage in a combination of hands-on and classroom training, supplemented with distance learning.
- Enjoy a rewarding, relaxed, and enjoyable work environment.
- Secure an attractive position upon successful completion of the program.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- You possess some experience in Software Development using Structured Text, Java RT, C, C++, C#, or other hardware-oriented programming languages.
- You have a passion for object-oriented analysis and design, with a keen interest in dynamic systems, predominantly in motion.
- You are adaptable, a great team player, and eager to make a positive impact.
- You keep up with innovations and trends in IT.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual abilities coupled with a hands-on approach.
- You are flexible and enthusiastic about traveling (both office and site-based).
