About the Role

As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our global team operates smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will help maintain accurate payroll and administrative support, allowing our talented team to focus on their goals without distraction. Reporting to the HR Systems & Ops Manager in NYC, you will oversee the EMEA region while collaborating closely on US operations to ensure seamless global support.

Your Responsibilities

Payroll & Benefits

  • Execute monthly payroll for all EMEA entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payments.

  • Manage local benefits providers across France and EMEA to uphold high employee satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the US Ops Manager on North American payroll processes to create global redundancy.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires in EMEA, providing a seamless first-day experience.

  • Maintain employee records in our HRIS to ensure data integrity for quarterly reports.

  • Draft localized employment contracts and amendments to comply with evolving regulatory requirements.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
