What you will do
- Guide new partners through their first 30 days on the Slice platform, making sure onboarding goes smoothly.
- Train shop owners and their teams, sharing best practices so they can get the most out of Slice’s solutions.
- Provide proactive support, address early challenges, and set up partners for long-term retention.
- Work with Sales to spot opportunities for further engagement through additional products and services.
- Help position Slice as a trusted technology partner by encouraging adoption and customer satisfaction.
Team collaboration
- Work closely with sales and post-sales teams to support product sales and adoption.
- Partner with the Implementation group to improve operational efficiency and reduce customer churn.
- Take part in testing new initiatives with operations, marketing, and product teams, contributing to ongoing improvement.
- Support revenue growth by delivering a seamless onboarding experience and comprehensive support to new shops.

Location
This role is based in Skopje or Ohrid, North Macedonia.
